Normally I only see clients who can commit to working with me for several months so we can do the deep work of expanding their leadership potential. Because I want to support you beyond the Forum, I’ve decided to offer you a single session so you can do something amazing with what you learned at the Forum.
When you sign up for a session you’ll get:
- A prework questionnaire that will help you think more clearly about your challenge or opportunity
- The same powerful one-on-one coaching I use with my long-term clients to help them break through their barriers and lead their organizations more powerfully
- Time and space to focus on what you need for your leadership to move to the next level
What does it cost?
I’ve thought a lot about what I should charge for this. My regular fees might be out of reach for many Forum attendees. And free isn’t the right idea because it doesn’t evoke the commitment needed for the coaching to be powerful for you. So, I’m offering this as a

My coaching calendar is pretty full so I can only accept a limited number of participants for this offer. When the slots are gone, they’re gone so don’t delay.
FAQ
You’re in Austin and I’m not. How does that work?
I see clients using a video platform called Zoom. It’s almost like being in the same room except neither of us has to fight traffic to get there! You can use Zoom from your laptop, cell phone or tablet anywhere you have a good internet connection.
Do I need to prepare in advance for the session?
Yes, you’ll complete a prework questionnaire before we schedule your call. These are thought-provoking questions that will help you reflect and prepare for our session.
What will the session entail?
At the agreed upon time, we’ll jump on Zoom for a video call. I’ll be inviting you to think differently about your issue. You’ll be reflecting on how you show up in this situation and what might be possible for you. We’ll explore what might unfold next for you with this issue and in your leadership.
My schedule is challenging. What if we can’t find a time?
I get it. Schedules are messy. We may need to schedule out into the fall to find a time, but we can probably make it work. And if we can’t, I’ll refund your money.
Can we talk before I sign up?
Of course. Just reply to the email I sent you and we'll set up a time.
